A stunning 8-acre amenity complex is taking shape at Solterra, featuring three resort-style pools with a sand-beach entry, a splash pad, and a pristine 25-acre stocked fishing lake. This $25 million investment also includes grand ballrooms, co-working spaces, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a lake-facing pavilion designed for community gatherings. Construction is in full swing, with pools nearing completion, interiors being framed, and final touches underway in preparation for the highly anticipated fall opening.
