Don’t miss out on this opportunity to earn extra income! The Solterra Texas Realtor Bonus Program rewards realtors for closing new home construction contracts between November 1, 2023, and July 31, 2024. To be eligible, you must be an active real estate licensee in Texas and be listed on the closing document of the home.
Earn $1,000 for the first home closed, $1,500 for the second home closed, and $2,000 for the third home closed.
Promotion Period
All bonuses for sales one, two, and three will be awarded based on new home construction contracts signed and closed between the period of November 1, 2023, and July 31, 2024.
Bonus Amounts
- $1,000 for the first home closed at Solterra Texas
- $1,500 for the second home closed at Solterra Texas
- $2,000 for the third home closed at Solterra Texas
Eligibility Requirements
- Agent/Broker must be an active real estate licensee in Texas.
- Agent/Broker must be listed on closing document of home to be eligible.
- Agent/Broker and client must sign and return a BTSA Claim Form before or at time buyer signs a Purchase Contract for the home and comply with all the terms of such agreement.
- Buyer must close on the home per terms of their Purchase Contract.
- Contract signed for a Homebuyer to purchase a new home in Solterra Texas during the Promotion Period.
- Ensure that the Homebuyer closes under the Contract during the Promotion Period and provides reasonable written evidence of closing to Huffines Communities from the title company specified in the Contract if requested.
- Bonus amounts will be paid in the form of an American Express Gift Card.
- Instruct the applicable title company to notify HC Solterra, LLC of the closing if requested.

- Commission offers not valid for sale of multiple homes to the same buyer.
- Bonus amounts will be paid in the form of an American Express Gift Card or Visa Gift Card.
- Agent/Broker is only eligible in the BTSA Program for a maximum of 3 homes sold.
- Sales and closings eligible for this program are entered and tracked based on data entries by builder sales teams into the Solterra online sales and closings system. Huffines Communities is not responsible for missing sales and closings data not provided by the builder sales team.
Instructions to Claim Bonus
- Once the buyer closes on the home, the agent/broker must submit a completed BTSA Claim Form via online form submission. BTSA Claim Form can be found at solterratexas.com/realtor
- The BTSA Claim Form must be accompanied by a copy of the buyer’s signed Purchase Contract and a copy of the buyer’s closing statement.
- HC Solterra, LLC will review the BTSA Claim Form and supporting documentation and, if approved, will issue payment to the agent/broker within 90 days of receipt.
