HOA DUES

Master Association (includes 40′, 50′, 60′, 70′ & 75′ lot sizes): $1,250 billed semiannually at $625 (January 1st & July 1st)
Townhomes (Townhome lots only): Service Area Assessment billed monthly at $430

Resale Fees: $375 (6-10 day delivery); $75 for an update
At lot closing, a one-time Builder Capital Contribution of $375.00
Builder to the homeowner and all future resales, an enhancement fee or $375.00
