We’re excited to announce the opening of a temporary office for the Solterra Community Association, which will be operational starting August 1, 2024. This temporary housing, a spacious trailer measuring 60ft in length and 24ft in width, is conveniently located adjacent to Sunrise Park at 1721 Camellia Trl, Mesquite, TX 75181. The trailer is positioned next to the lot where future townhomes will be built, making it an integral part of our evolving community.
This temporary office will serve as the headquarters for our Community Association Manager, Shonna Camacho. Shonna is dedicated to ensuring that all residents have the support and resources they need. You can reach her at scamacho@ccmcnet.com for any community-related inquiries.
While the trailer will serve as our operational base until the grand opening of the permanent amenity center in 2025, it is fully equipped to handle all association matters. We are committed to maintaining the high standards of service and community engagement that you have come to expect from Solterra.
