The 2024 Huffines Appreciation Event was a memorable evening that celebrated the builders, realtors, vendors, and partners who are instrumental in the success of our communities. Held at The Rustic in Dallas, guests enjoyed Texas-inspired entertainment, including a lively performance from the soulful band Silverada and a headline show by Texas music legend Cory Morrow. From cowboy stilt walkers to VR experiences, guests immersed themselves in unique experiences while savoring a bold Texas-themed menu. The evening was capped with the thrilling 2024 Jeep Wrangler Giveaway, which saw Britney Stewart of Solterra take home the grand prize, embodying the spirit of community and celebration that defines Huffines Communities.
Celebrating Britney Stewart’s Big Win
One of Solterra’s brightest real estate stars, Britney Stewart, stole the show at the event. Known for her dedication and success in helping families find their dream homes, Britney was among ten semi-finalists in the raffle and advanced through an exciting lockbox process. With the crowd watching, her key fob unlocked the grand prize—a brand-new 2024 Jeep Wrangler, bringing cheers all around.
As a licensed broker in Florida and Texas, Britney holds a B.S. in Psychology and Human Sciences from Florida State University. Her professionalism and commitment to client relationships have made her a respected leader in Solterra.
