Outdoor Construction Nearing Completion
Over the past few months, crews have been hard at work putting the finishing touches on the outdoor areas of our highly anticipated amenity complex, The Headquarters. From landscaping details to the final stages of concrete and decking, the vision is finally coming to life. With most of the outdoor construction nearly complete, Solterra is one step closer to welcoming residents to enjoy resort-style living right here at home.
Outdoor Amenities Coming Soon
Solterra’s outdoor amenities are designed to bring neighbors together and offer fun for all ages:
- 3 Resort-Style Pools with water activations – Swim, play, or relax in pool cabanas at the pools.
- Doggy Splash Pad – A fun spot for pups to play and cool off. It’s one of its kind in the area.
- Kids Splash Pad and playground- Something for little residents to enjoy!
- Pickleball Courts – Two courts for casual games and tournaments alike.
- Event Lawn – Space for concerts, movie nights, and community events.
- White Sand Beach – Lounge, kayak, or paddleboard by the water.
- 25-Acre Stocked Fishing Lake – Perfect for fishing, paddling, and enjoying the outdoors.
Pools Almost Ready to Dive In
The highlight of this phase is, of course, the pools! Construction teams are in the final stages, wrapping up the last details to ensure everything is perfect before opening. With just a few finishing touches left, the pools will be ready for residents to enjoy this fall 2025. From lounging poolside to making memories in the water, Solterra’s pool experience is set to become a favorite gathering spot for families and neighbors.
Amenity Building Already Completed
Although not open yet, inside the amenity building, construction is fully complete. Designed to bring the community together, the building will serve as the perfect hub for events, activities, and gatherings. Pairing this space with the soon-to-open outdoor features makes for an amenity complex unlike any other in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
What’s Next
As we head into the final stretch of construction, excitement is building for the official opening this fall. Soon, residents will be able to enjoy the full experience of Solterra’s signature amenities, just in time for cooler weather and holiday gatherings.
