In a significant move that underscores the rapid development and growing appeal of Solterra Texas, Huffines Communities has sold approximately 49 acres of land designed for 199 SF lots to Castle Rock Communities in a major land sale. This deal, which closed on June 14, 2024, represents a large investment and highlights the swift and efficient process that Huffines Communities is known for, breaking ground on July 1, a mere 16 days post-closing.

Solterra Texas, often referred to as the “Crown Jewel” of Mesquite, continues to make strides in expanding its already impressive community offerings.
