Huffines Communities, the developer behind our community, intentionally designs each neighborhood with a strong focus on curb appeal, irrigation, and landscaping by partnering with experienced landscape engineers. Each homesite features two to three trees- most of Solterra Texas tress are cultivated from our on-site tree farm—enhancing the natural beauty of the environment. These thoughtful planning efforts have helped us earn multiple Beautification Awards from the City of Mesquite.
