Exciting news for Solterra residents! The Lookout Treehouse now has a brand-new picnic table, creating the perfect spot for gatherings and celebrations. Families can host birthday parties, relax, and enjoy nature in this scenic space.
We’ve been calling it the “Birthday Pavilion,” but now it’s time to make the name official*! This area gives residents a shaded place to sit and enjoy time with loved ones at the treehouse.
Jerry Buckard, our construction manager, led this project. He has played a key role in improving The Lookout Treehouse over time. Last summer, he restored the treehouse and installed additional swing sets.
