The Resident Referral Program is offered by Huffines Communities in coordination with Solterra Texas. The Program is open to current, HOA-approved Solterra residents age 18+. Referrals must be registered prior to the referred new buyer touring any model homes or entering into a purchase contract. Referred buyers must be new prospects and not in active contact with a Solterra builder. Rewards are payable only upon successful closing of the referred buyer’s home within the program period (ending on May 31, 2026) and are subject to verification and approval. Incentives include a one-time $3,000 payment and a one-year HOA dues credit (estimated total value $4,250). Limit three (3) referral reward payments per resident per year and one (1) total year of HOA dues credit. Rewards are processed approximately 45 days after the promotion period ends. Referrer is responsible for all applicable taxes. Program terms, timing, and eligibility are subject to change or termination at any time – void where prohibited by law.
