New Parks! Yes, Dog park too!

Phase 2 is already delivering on outdoor amenities, with two parks now completed and ready for residents to enjoy.

Alon Park is thoughtfully designed with families in mind, offering a welcoming space where kids can play and enjoy the outdoors. Nearby, Fossil Park features a dedicated dog park for residents and their pets, along with a built-in gathering area that adds even more functionality to the space. A fireplace and two grills create a natural setting for neighbors to come together—whether for a casual evening outside or a weekend cookout. Once complete, Fossil Park will become the community’s third dog park, further enhancing opportunities to connect in a relaxed, outdoor environment.

A Natural Connection Between Phases

One of the more unique features of these phases is the greenbelt that separates Phase 2 and Phase 4. This wooded area adds a natural buffer between neighborhoods while also creating an inviting outdoor space.

Plans for picnic tables within this area will give residents a shaded place to gather and enjoy a more natural setting within the community.

Globe Lawn Park Coming to Phase 4

In Phase 4, Globe Lawn Park is taking shape. This space will continue to expand the network of parks throughout Solterra, giving residents even more opportunities to enjoy outdoor recreation.

Globe Lawn Park is expected to be completed by the end of April and will feature an open green space, a shaded structure, and stepping logs designed for children to climb and play on. These elements will create a simple but engaging outdoor environment that encourages both relaxation and activity.

Looking Ahead

With homebuilding underway in both Phase 2 and Phase 4, presales now available, and multiple parks already completed or in progress, Solterra Texas continues to move forward at a strong pace.

Each update brings more clarity to how the community is coming together, from new homes to outdoor spaces designed for everyday life.

For those exploring master planned communities near Dallas, Solterra continues to stand out as a place where progress is easy to see.
