Bringing the Vision to Life
The Activity Pool
- February 24th: Outdoor living teams spent the entire day applying gunite to the activity pool, ensuring a strong and lasting foundation.
- February 25th: Crews completed additional trenching to integrate splash pads and connect the pool area to the maintenance building.
- This week: Long plumbing work is underway, bringing the activity pool closer to completion.
The Kiddie Pool & Cabana
- Welders have made significant progress on a beautiful cabana next to the kiddie pool, providing much-needed shade and comfort.
- February 28th: The cabana structure was completed, adding both style and function to this family-friendly space.
- This week: Fencing installation around the kiddie pool will enhance both safety and aesthetics.
The Sand Beach Entry Lagoon
The crown jewel of Solterra’s aquatic offerings is undoubtedly the lagoon with a sand beach entry. This stunning feature will bring the serene ambiance of a beach getaway right to Texas.

Additional Community Pool- Sol Center
Lennar Homes leads the construction of a second amenity center, Sol Center in the community’s southern area. This exciting addition will offer residents even more opportunities to relax and connect. Construction is progressing steadily, with pool excavation complete and preparations underway for installing the concrete shell, underground plumbing, and electrical systems. Once finished, the new resort-style amenity center will feature a large pool with covered cabanas, an outdoor kitchen, and a cozy firepit, creating a vibrant gathering space.
